Nicole Kennedy

I’m Nicole Kennedy, an accredited professional counsellor and member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA). My qualifications include a Diploma of Counselling, Bachelor of Psychology (3rd year student), and  Mindfulness practitioner. I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, focusing on helping individuals manage anxiety, stress, and other life challenges.

I bring a wealth of life experience to my role having worked across the corporate sector and small business for many years. My diverse experiences have shaped my understanding of the world, allowing me to offer a compassionate and holistic approach to counselling. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, or simply looking to live more mindfully, I’m here to support you on that journey.

I am a huge believer that  “amazing things happen when someone believes in you.”
